**BACK OPEN FOR HIRE**

After a few weeks of close we are pleased to announce we are now back up and running for garden deliveries. Over the past few weeks we have been preparing and planning on how to re-open due to Covid-19.

We are now offering a safe and contactless delivery with overnight or two hire day hire options. We understand people will have some questions so I have outlined them below:

What is a contactless delivery?

When we arrive we ask that customers leave their access open and stay inside whilst we set the inflatable up. You will receive an email containing the rules and restrictions of the castles and will only delivery the castle upon receipt of a reply that the conditions are accepted. If you book on the website they are in our terms and conditions you agree to when the booking has been made.

How can I pay?

We can take payment online before the date of the caste delivery. Alternatively castles can still be paid for in cash we ask that the money is left in an envelope for our driver to collect whilst delivering.

Monitoring Government advice?

We will follow all guidelines set out by the government, we will ensure all staff will be maintaining the 2m social distance rule, ensuring our staff delivering have the correct PPE including gloves and masks. We will also be calling ahead of any hire to ensure that you or anyone in your household have no symptoms of the virus.

Will the castle be cleaned?

The castle will be cleaning with Antibacterial Spray before any hire, once the hire is finished and taken away it will then be stored for 72 hours untouched where It will be cleaned again ready for the next hire.

What if it gets windy during the hire?

Whilst out on hire we ask you regularly check the MET office to ensure wind speeds and gusts do not exceed the legal limit of 24mph. If it does the inflatable must be let down and not used again until the speeds have dropped. We will not be able to refund for non use due to weather.

Will you come through the house?

Due to the current settings we will not bring any inflatable through the house customers must have access directly into their garden to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Do I have to have the castle for two days?

Customers can either have the castle for 2 full days or 1 full day and an overnight.

Whilst we appreciate our castles are usually hired for parties we do ask that you as the hirer ensure it is only people within your household using the equipment. If any person who isn't in your household enters your garden to play on the inflatable you must ask them to leave to avoid compromising our strict safety measures.
