Most venues will require us to operate under strict HSE guidelines and have risk assessments in place, which we already have and we can email them to the hall directly. Most halls will also want to know we carry adequate insurance which again we do.
When we set up in halls we use sandbags to secure the inflatables in place to stop major movement. If a hall is worried about electric don't panic our blowers do not use too much electric., we will supply mats for the inflatable which give you and the hall a chance to sit back relax and enjoy the party.
