The company: Lee hayward trading as Bee-line bouncers entertainment and leisure
”.
2. The hirer: The person or persons hiring the equipment, signing the confirmation
letter on
behalf of a third party hiring the equipment who accepts responsibility for
the safe operation and safe keeping of the equipment.
3. The equipment: All property of Bee-line bouncers hired to and left in the
care of the hirer.
4. None of the equipment hired is to be re-hired, lent out or moved once set
up by the company.
5. The hirer takes full responsibility for any loss or damage to the equipment
whilst in their care and agrees to pay the full cost of repair or new replacement(s)
or compensate if the equipments appearance is adversely effected, i.e. stained.
6. If the general public are to be admitted on to the equipment, whether a
charge is made or not, the hirer agrees responsibility for insurance as our
insurance covers Me ,Bee-line, and it's staff for public liabilty and not
the hirer
7. If the equipment is to be used for a fund raising or charity event the
company will not be held liable for any monies raised.
8. The hirer accepts full responsibility for any injuries to persons, damage
to clothing, personal possessions or property due to misuse of the equipment
or non-adherence to the instructions in the “Safety and care of the
inflatable, your responsibilities” leaflet.
9. The hirer agrees to abide by and enforce the instructions contained in
the “Safety and care of the inflatable, your responsibilities”
leaflet at all times.
10. The hirer agrees not to use the equipment in bad weather conditions e.g.
high winds or heavy rain. In the case of rain the unit must be left inflated,
the internal air pressure prevents the inflatable filling up with water. The
fan and cables are designed to withstand moderate rain.
11. The company reserves the right to cancel the hire and, at the company’s
discretion, return the hire fee if it has been paid. The company will not
be liable for non-supply of the equipment if it is beyond the company’s
control.
12. The hirer agrees to inform the company of any damage
to, or loss of, any of the equipment immediately. Any costs arising from not
reporting will be passed on.
13. It is the hirer’s responsibility to inform the company of any underground
pipes, cables, drains etc. that are in the area where the inflatable is to
be put, prior to erection. It is not the company’s responsibility if
a tethering stake damages any concealed services or property.
14. The hirer agrees to ensure that the equipment will be supervised by a
responsible adult at all times.
15. The hirer agrees to abide by terms above.
Care of the inflatable &
saftey instructions
1.
All footwear (except socks, tights etc.) must be removed.
2. Any potentially dangerous items such as spectacles, jewellery, large belt
buckles or toys
must not be allowed on the inflatable.
3. No food, sweets, ice creams or drinks of any sort must be allowed onto
the inflatable (risk of choking).
4. Users must not hang on, climb up, or onto any of the walls, uprights or
overhanging
parts of the inflatable, do not allow jumping or diving down slides.
5. No Hosepipes alowed on inflatables at all.
6. Users must not bounce or sit on the step or access section of the inflatable.
7. Children on the inflatable must be of a similar age or ability, DO NOT
mix very young
and older children.
8. Do not allow any misbehaviour on the inflatable.
9. Do not allow pets onto the inflatable or dogs to play with ball pond balls,
this is
unhygienic, the balls are pressurised and if punctured are rendered useless.
10. Do not allow users to run at the sides or back more than one at time,
this could tip or
damage the inflatable.
11. Somersaults and other such acrobatics are not recommended, no responsibility
can be
accepted for injuries caused as a result.
12. All children on the inflatable must be supervised by an adult at all times.
13. Do not allow party poppers, paper streamers,
confetti or paper hats etc. onto the
inflatable, the dyes used in these products stain the inflatable material
when they
become damp, the staining is permanent.
Aerosol streamers, so called “silly string”,
are to be banned as they also stain.
14. Do not put water or Fairy Liquid etc. on the unit, this promotes mildew
growth and
floods the inside of the van.
15. Keep all naked flames, heat sources and smoking materials away from the
inflatable.
16. If high winds occur the inflatable must be deflated immediately.
Do not use the equipment in windy conditions.
17. If, during the hire period, it rains please leave the unit inflated, the
air pressure within
keeps the water from getting inside the inflatable.
18. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that nobody using the
inflatable is under the
influence of alcohol or any other drugs, legal or otherwise.
Everybody using the inflatable must be in full control of themselves at all
times.
19. Adults and teenagers are not to use units booked for children, this is
unsafe and may oooalso result in damage to the unit.
20. Do not allow anyone on the unit during inflation or deflation.
21. Do not use the unit if you have any injuries, heart condition, a history
of back, neck oooor or breathing problems, if you are, or think you may be,
pregnant.
22. Remember, once the unit(s) is (are) left in your (the hirer) care you
are responsible for
the correct and safe use of it.
Special
instructions.
Slides.
1. Do not allow jumping, diving or rolling down the slide.
2. Do not allow users to climb up the slide section or slide down the ladder
section.
3. Do not put water or soap on the slide.
4. Do not allow the use of tea trays, sledges, surfing objects etc. on the
slide.
5. Check pegs throughout the day
6. Users must exit the bottom of the slide immediately; this area must be
kept clear.
7. Only allow one person on the ladder section at a time.
Gladiator
joust.
1. Only two people are allowed on the unit at a time.
2. Users must wear safety hats at all times.
3. Observers must keep off the unit at all times, do not lean or sit on the
side walls.
4. Hold the pugil stick correctly, do not hold at one end or swing like a
club.
5. Do not allow aggressive behaviour on the unit.
6. The gladiator joust unit must not be used as a bouncy castle.
Sumo
wrestling.
1. Users must wear safety hats at all times.
2. Shoes must be removed.
3. Sharp objects, jewellery etc. must be removed.
4. Do not swing opponent around by any part of the suit.
5. Observers must keep well clear of the sumo mat at all times.
